Subscription and Payment

Payment Terms

• All subscriptions must be paid in full before activation
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually renew before expiration

Account Registration and Security

• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• User interface and design elements
• Content organization and presentation

are owned by ULTRA8K or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content and Copyright

Regarding the content available through our Service:

• We do not host or own the broadcast content; we aggregate streams
• Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws
• We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid copyright complaints
